Mindwize appoints new CEO
After an impressive 40-year career in the fundraising sector, Jeanette Eesmann-Foster will step back from her daily role as CEO of Mindwize as of 1 January 2026. Jeanette will, however, remain actively involved in the organization. In a more advisory capacity, she will continue to be responsible for Sales and the development of new client relationships. A domain in which she has made a significant contribution to the growth and success of Mindwize and many charitable foundations over the past decades.
This transition marks the beginning of a new phase for Mindwize. Brego Keller, who has been working within the organization for the past eighteen months as Co-CEO, will assume the role of CEO as of 1 January 2026. Brego brings extensive strategic and operational experience and has quickly become a unifying force within the team. His vision on innovation and sustainable growth aligns seamlessly with Mindwize’s strategic direction. This step is therefore both a logical and carefully prepared progression in the organization’s development.
