Wanted: Sales Tiger!!! With a heart for good causes

How would you like to use your extensive experience in sales and fundraising for charities? We are recruiting donors for wonderful organisations such as Amnesty International, Heart Foundation, Thrombosis Foundation Netherlands, Brain Foundation, Parkinson’s Foundation, AIDS Fund and Amref Flying Doctors.

In summary, this is a position where you are responsible for:

  • Finding new client relations at a national/international level (Netherlands, Germany, France, Sweden, Norway);
  • Realising sales and new-business targets by offering the various products.

You will be working with 9 colleagues in the Client Development team. Will you be team member number 10?

Do you have at least 3 years of experience with different marketing disciplines and do you have affinity with fundraising?

You are in charge of growing the client base

  • You like talking to prospects, making a proposal. You always know how to tailor your advice and the product portfolio to the client’s needs.
  • Market research to find the highest potential is part of your job.
  • In order to acquire new clients, you introduce successful business cases in the market and visit relevant congresses and fairs, both as a visitor and as an exhibitor, both at home and abroad.

Working with your colleagues to create successful campaigns

Direct marketing, door-to-door canvassing, an in-house call centre, data experts, creative talents. We have all the specialists in-house. You will notice how fun and educational it is when everyone wants to achieve the same thing together for our clients.

You work for charities around the world

You work for good causes. Great clients and projects. Like your colleagues, you will really feel part of them. Since some clients and colleagues speak only English, it is not a problem for you to communicate in English. Maybe you join us in Kenya to raise money for Amref Flying Doctors, hike for Simavi in Nepal or cycle for KiKa? Many future colleagues have paved the way.


Eager for (more) knowledge about fundraising

Fundraising for charities is a specialist field. You have 3 years of work experience in the field of fundraising and sales. Don’t know everything yet? No problem. Knowledge of what works and what does not within fundraising is something your colleagues are happy to share with you. Just at your desk, or maybe you ask your question over lunch. But also more extensively in internal workshops. Knowledge is the basis of everything we do. Of course, we also welcome your expert knowledge. How do you want to share that with your colleagues?


Healthy workplace (for head and body)

  • What do you need for a good workplace? All of your direct colleagues on the team have a laptop and two work screens and some also have a company mobile.
  • You can make good homework arrangements with your team leader. You also get a budget to improve your home office.
  • Every week you can join Bootcamp and/or Yoga, there is always fresh fruit, sometimes a massage therapist comes to the office. On Friday afternoons, you can end the working week with colleagues in a social get-together, and there are regular staff outings.
  • You can take advantage of the Bicycle Plan.
  • You have 25 vacation days. And 2 additional designated days off. Not enough? You can purchase up to 10 additional days (pro-rated for part-time contracts).
  • Are you an early bird or more of a late sleeper? Your working hours are flexible (between 8 am and 6 pm). So if you want to start early and stop at 4.30 pm, for example, that is also possible.
