In these transient times, building and maintaining meaningful relationships with donors is essential. We are working with the Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen (Red Cross Belgium / Flanders) on an integrated welcome strategy. We also managed the newsletters.
These two activities are aimed at creating visibility of the impact by the Red Cross, as well as thanking donors for their involvement and commitment. Both the welcome programme and the loyalty scheme will receive multichannel focus, with relevant contact opportunities via post, e-mail, website and telephone. That is how we can keep improving support and engagement!
Red Cross Flanders
They are an independent volunteer organization. Via the Belgian Red Cross, they are part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. Their mission:
Standing up for vulnerable people at home and abroad.
Be active in the field of disaster relief, self-reliance and blood supply.
Run by as much volunteers as possible.
